Mindful Mornings

We invite you to begin your day with intention, presence, and inner calmness.

As the gentle rays of the morning sun filter through your window, find a comfortable seated position or lie down, allowing yourself to fully relax and let go of any tension in your body.

Take a few deep breaths, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth, releasing any lingering stress or worry with each breath. With each inhale, imagine breathing in a sense of peace and clarity, filling your being with light and positivity. As you exhale, release any negativity or distractions, allowing them to dissipate into the ether.

Now, shift your focus to your body, scanning from head to toe with gentle curiosity and acceptance. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort, offering them kindness and compassion. With each breath, visualize softening and releasing any tightness, allowing your body to melt into a state of relaxation and ease.

As you continue to breathe mindfully, bring your attention to your thoughts and emotions, observing them without judgment or attachment. Acknowledge whatever arises with openness and curiosity, knowing that you have the power to choose how you respond.

my Journey to better health!

As I hit my fifties my life was heading down a path I was unhappy with, I needed to change this immediately. I have some health issues that have changed my way of thinking and doing, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2015 and it has opened up a whole new world of holistic healing for me. As I embrace this change in my life I will be documenting the journey, sharing my progress and offering some tips and tricks I am learning along the way. A big part of my healing journey involves my leap into herbalism and all the amazing things that come along with that. I hope you will join me in this adventure that is life!
